- Digital Products (eBooks, Webinars, Online Courses): Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except where required by law.
- 1:1 meetings (mentoring, job interview preparation): If you need to reschedule a 1:1 meeting, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without proper notice will not be refunded.
11. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, PM Challenges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or inability to use them. The total liability of PM Challenges for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product or service.
12. No Warranty All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. PM Challenges does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

19. Right to Refuse Service
As the owner, I reserve the absolute right, at my sole discretion, to refuse any job interview preparation or mentoring services in cases where a conflict of interest may exist. I am under no obligation to provide any reason, explanation, or disclosure for such refusal. Should a refusal occur, any fees paid by the customer will be refunded in full within seven (7) business days from the date the customer is notified about the conflict of interest.
