How Does It Work?
We will have three personalized meetings to help you prepare for your job interview:
1. First Session – Discover Your Uniqueness
We’ll start by discussing your experience and identifying your core competencies. Then, we’ll conduct a mock interview where I will play the role of the hiring employer, and you will answer interview questions.
Afterward, I will provide feedback on your performance, pointing out any areas where you could improve, such as specific mistakes or places where your answers could be stronger. This will help you understand which aspects of project management knowledge, skills, or body language you need to work on.
I will also share my expertise in different areas of project management and recommend resources such as books and articles to help you address any knowledge gaps.
2. Second Session – Addressing Your Gaps
We’ll begin this session by addressing your questions—I’m sure you’ll have many! Then, we’ll go through another mock interview.
I’ll provide detailed feedback, focusing on the areas where you still need improvement. Together, we’ll work on enhancing your project management mindset and building your confidence. I’ll continue to share my knowledge and recommend additional materials tailored to your needs.
3. Third Session – Targeted Mock Interview
In this final session, we’ll focus on a specific job offer that you have chosen. I will ask you targeted questions related to this job, creating an experience that closely mirrors a real interview.
By this stage, you should be well-prepared, but I will give you final feedback to fine-tune your performance.
